I did something new this weekend. On Friday, Andy and I played golf in the snow. While there was no snow on the ground, it was cold and windy and by hole 15 we started to notice the flakes. By 18 it was pretty thick….
PROS: Very easy to “read” the wind–no grass throwing needed.
CONS: Numb hands are not good for golf.
It was a fun experience, and it was so windy, I was able to take a 8-iron out of the rough, down-hill, down-wind for about 185 yards. That was fun.
