As you know, in January Andy and I sold a majority interest in DaytradeTeam to a private investor. Since then, the he and his team, Andy, myself, and Nick Fenton have been discussing various strategies for DTT.
This week, they are launching the brainchild of all of us, the surefire trader system. The approach is something Andy and I always considered, but never really had the cahones to pull off.
Basically, they will be giving away the membership for a next to nothing price.
($40 a month after a 2week trial period, on a product that we used to charge $300/month for!)
Why?
To get more people involving in active trading, and coming to DaytradeTeam for assistance.
See, when Andy and I ran DaytradeTeam, we were living off the income it produced (as well as our trading income). This kind of approach was, frankly, scary to us. We knew it would bring in more people, sure, but when your paycheck is betting on the results, its a tough move to do.
That’s why the DTT sale was such a great move. Not just for us, but for the buyer and DTT. The new owner is a very successful business man and he brings a lot of qualities to DTT that will really help take it to the next level. Plus, his livelihood isn’t really affected that much by DTT, so he is able to get aggressive and do what he knows is the best move.
